With the implementation of the new FastPass plus, most of those who rent a scooter in Orlando for their Disney World vacation find that they no longer need a priority card from Disney if they have a FastPass.  The line/wait is so short, they can make the walk to the ride and back to their parked scooter.  However for those who must use a scooter to get to the ride, many ride lines now accommodate riding it through the line.
