By checking this box, reservation partner agrees they have clients authorization for JA&K Marketing d.b.a. Scooter Vacations to charge the following credit card transactions: a deposit equal to one day rental to be charged to renters credit card and the final amount due 24 hours before equipment rental begins plus a refundable security deposit equal to one day rental rate.

Renter may cancel rental and receive a full refund up to 48 hours prior to their rental delivery time and must call in their cancellation to Scooter Vacations at 1 (407) 362-7745 and receive a cancellation confirmation number.

In addition, Reservation Partner agrees to secure the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement from their client either via an email acceptance forwarded to Scooter Vacations at email address [email protected] or with client signature faxed to 1 (407) 284-1745.

OPTIONAL: Please contact my client directly for acceptance of the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement using my client?s email address as listed above. I understand that by selecting this option Scooter Vacations will forward this document to my client for his or her reply and that I may be contacted by Scooter Vacations for expedited response should my client fail to respond within 48 hours of the time of rental.
